John “Beef” Branard
Lead Minister

Beef has served at Maricamp Road Church of Christ since 2009 as the youth minister (2009-2022), as the associate minister (2022-2024), and now as the lead minister. Before joining the staff at Maricamp, he graduated from Oklahoma Christian University. Beef has a deep desire to build discipleship relationships that connect people with Jesus. Beef married Meagan in 2011, and in 2018, they welcomed their daughter, Remi. In addition to being a husband, a dad, and a minister, Beef also serves as the Metro Director for Fellowship of Christian Athletes in North Central Florida. He's a fan of the Florida Gators and enjoys golfing, fishing, and BBQ.

 
 

Steven Casaletto
Youth Minister

Steven grew up at Maricamp Road Church of Christ, and joined our staff in 2022 as the youth minister. Prior to serving on staff, he graduated from Southeastern University. Steven is gifted in connecting students to Jesus. Steven married Caiti in March 2023 . In addition to youth ministry, Steven does FCA at Forest HS and West Port HS. When he’s not doing ministry, he’s spending time with friends and winning on the pickleball court!

Kim Strong
Church Secretary

Kim Strong has been a member of Maricamp Road Church of Christ since 2022, when she and her husband, Steve, moved permanently to Ocala to live near family. She has taught Bible, theater and dance to children since high school, continuing through her university years at Illinois State University, and into adulthood. Currently, she is on Maricamp’s Sunday school teacher roster. She and Steve share ten children and five grandchildren. She enjoys sewing, reading, theater, music, birding, walking and exchanging silly videos with her grandchildren.
